Development of prototypes and solutions, analytics, and the application of the best global practices in the field of social technologies. A unique "technology transfer" methodology—a modular system for solving socio-technical tasks and transferring rights to developments, which includes the stages of implementation and team training.

The goal of AST is to enhance societal efficiency through the synergy of development and the creation of flexible connections across the key sectors of the state. Such as:
  • Education;
  • Culture;
  • Governance and entrepreneurship;

  • Knowledge economy and entrepreneurship.
Their interconnection and interaction will be carried out through problem analysis, identifying development potential, attracting resources, creating initial (including test versions) innovative solutions for socio-technical tasks, and developing and supporting long-term projects.
